How can I escalate Alerts?

  • Head over to Admin -> Alerts.
  • Click on either Add or Edit Alert button.
  • In the Settings tab, set your Source, and set your Minor and Major Threshold Conditions. When a condition jumps from your defined minor threshold condition to major threshold condition, the Alert gets escalated.
  • Under the Forward tab, you’ll find “Escalate to” field through which you can select the users you want to escalate the Alert to via Email or Text. It also has the option to set timer for sending the message.
