How can I Activate and Deactivate Alerts?

Activate Alerts 

Go to Admin -> Alerts. This requires you to select one or more alerts from the Alerts list which you want to Activate. Clicking on this icon activates the alerts.

Deactivate Alerts 

Go to Admin -> Alerts. This requires you to select one or more alerts from the Alerts list which need to be deactivated. Once the selection is made, it displays a new window with 2 options as shown below.

  • Deactivate until activated again – This will deactivate the selected alerts until you activate them again.
  • One time – This gives you an option to select the From and To time between which you want the alerts to be deactivated. You can schedule to deactivate alerts for a particular period and time frame in advance.
  • Recurrence – You can now deactivate alerts per schedule recurring every day/week/month.
